"The owner Stuart was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a Volcanic Stonegrill Hot rock meal at the hotel's restaurant which was great fun. We stayed in a Superior room which was clean and roomy. Fantastic view also from the window. The swimming pool was also lovely and very uncrowded. Fantastic location as well."

“Very enjoyable stay and extremely friendly staff”
"We recently stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Upon on our arrival we received an unexpected room upgrade and throughout our stay we were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the owners, who were always on hand to answer any queries and help with any special requests. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We arrived from Sydney via Auckland without some luggage and Karen was absolutely brilliant in chasing it up on our behalf so that it was delivered within hours of our arrival in Paihia. You could not wish for better service.
The hotel was excellent value."
